SecuveのDr. Ki-Yoong Hongが 2008 (ISC)2 Asia-Pacific ISLA(Information Security Leadership Achievements) Program Awardsの ‘Senior IT Security Professional’ 部分を受賞しました.(ISC)2 ISLA Awardsは世界的な情報セキュリティ分野の教育及び資格(CISSP, SSCP, CAP など)の機関である (ISC)2が各国の情報セキュリティ発展に寄与することはもちろん、専門性、リーダーシップ、実行力をあまねく取り揃えた人物の中で受賞者を選定, 授賞するプログラムです.
今年には韓国, 日本, 香港, 台湾などのアジアでは15人が受賞し、 韓国の情報セキュリティ業界ではSecuveとINFOTHEが受賞しました.

Dr. Ki-Yoong Hong, Ph.D., P.E.

Dr. Ki-Yoong Hong is the president and CEO of SECUVE Co. Ltd., working with government and educational organizations, medical centers, investment banks and enterprises to protect their valuable data from hackers and also to protect society against Cyber terrorism and information war.
With a career spanning over twenty-three years, Dr. Hong has played a significant role in the research and development, standardization, formulation of the policies and laws, overseas standardization activities and collaboration of information security. He has worked at major national research organizations, including the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute (ETRI), National Computerization Agency and the Korea Information Security Agency (KISA).
Dr. Hong has received a number of awards for his pioneering research on information security and has both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science, as well as a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, majoring in Information Security.
